You may create a horizontal (or vertical) menu in Bloger using Pages. Add the names that you want. If your names have spaces or other non alphabetical characters Blogger manages to replace them accordingly.
Moreover, you can separate posts into categories using labels and redirect them to the related menu page. To do this in the posts configuration page create labels for your posts. Then do update and you will see the labels below of each post. Copy the underlink URL and paste it as an new page in the Pages configuration.
There are methods to selectively publish posts into different pages. You can also hide some pages from the menu.
